I have posted a couple pf times in the past and have received some
great responses however we haven't found the
home for us as of yet.
As my ad title mentioned my credit isn't the greatest, but let's
face it who's is nowadays. My husband and I have the money, but not the
credit so we are just looking for someone that can rent us a home
and look past that factor.
Here is what we are looking for:
3-4 bdrms
2 or 2.5 baths
possibly a basement or den
family room
a fireplace or 2 if possible
budget-1000-1100(highest we would go prefer lower though)
security deposit low if possible, nonexistent would be ideal, but deferred payment of one would be awesome(someone thats willing to work with someone on that) or even installments would work
ready by 5/15 or by 6/1 possibly sooner
Douglasville- chapel hill school district (b/c my daughter already goes to CH Middle not really looking to transfer her)
