I'm looking for a very nice, female roomate who needs an inexpensive, but comfortable place to live.This is a beautiful townhome, in a very nice area. The deal is, i have the middle floor of my 3 story townhome that is basically unused. Its not your standard room situation (its actually a nicer space than the regular rooms). But, for someone who is somewhat flexible, its a great situation. Storage space is a bit limited, so i need someone who is packing light.
The home is very convenient to I75, shopping, nightlife, etc. It's also very close to SPSU, Kennesaw State, Chattahoochee Tech, etc. The area is very safe, as well.Again, this is best suited for someone on a limited budget without lots of personal belongings to bring.
