I'm looking for a female roommate who needs an inexpensive, but comfortable place to live. This is a beautiful house, in a very nice area. The deal is, i have the bottom level of my house unused. Its a huge room w/a little room that can be used a living room, and it has a table and a TV The room comes w/a full size bed. Also comes with a separate bathroom. The house has a wash room.
The house is conveniently located minutes from a shopping center, bars, etc. It's also very close to SPSU, Kennesaw State, Chattahoochee Tech, etc. This is a safe neighborhood. Again, this is best suited for someone on a limited budget without lots of personal belongings to bring.
