This townhouse is one that I am leasing through my father's property management company. Potential roommates will have to submit to a background check, including credit check. Deposit actually depends on the company's requirements. Pets (dogs only) are negotiable with a required, but refundable pet deposit. The living room is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. I do not have a kitchen table and chairs or any dining room furniture, so if you have that there will be a place to put it. Utilities, cable, and internet are not included in the rent. There is a possibility of a bi-weekly cleaning service being available. I am a teacher and live a fairly conservative lifestyle. I don't stay up/out all night long and I rarely drink. Non-smokers only, please.I don't mind my roommate having company over, but I don't care for large, loud parties.
