We are looking for a friendly female roommate to share a three bedroom duplex apartment during the summer. It is a well kept place located at the heart of Little Five Points. Great location--surrounded by shops and restaurants and in walking distance to both Candler and Inman Park.
The room will be available after May 12th until Mid August, but moving dates are negotiable. Room will come furnished, but negotiable if you have your own.
Biking distance to Emory campus. Marta runs right around corner.
The rent is 417/month + utilities. Utilities range about 60-80 dollars a month.
