I have 2 different rooms available, both of good size with closets. you will have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer(on the main), fenced in back yard, and basement. the house has new carpet in the bedrooms, new hardwoods throughout the rest, new countertops in the kitchen, new light fixtures, and new tile in the bathrooms. you would be responsible for half of the utilities, which includes gas, electric, digital cable, wireless internet, and trash. i have a dog, and would consider a pet with a deposit. This is truely a great place!
