There will be a room available in a big 5 bedroom & 2 bathroom house from the middle of May.
The bedroom is full furnished (see pictures below):
* desk
* chair
* bed
* chest with 5 drawers
* size of the room is about 14 x 14 square feet
The house has a laundry, dryer, dishwasher, iron, air conditioning...everything included. If you want to see pictures let me know.
Behind the house are enough parking lots. In addition there is a locker for bicycles.
We have a big living room with cable TV.
The rent is $450 without utilities. Water, gas, electricity, phone + internet, cable TV altogether about $60. Utilities vary from month to month.
In my opinion, this house (and the other ones next to it which belong to the same landlord) are the cleanest ones in Homepark as far as I have seen other apartments since I arrived in Atlanta.
The house is located between 10th and 14th Street. It's a 10min walk to Georgia Tech and a 20min walk to Atlantic Station.
