I'm a student moving back home to D.C. for the summer, looking to sublease my room from the first week in May until the end of my lease on July 31st.

Large unfurnished room (12ftx12ft) in a 5-bedroom, 2-full bath house, washer & dryer, large back deck, fire pit, and front porch.Possibility of a parking space in front of house if need be.1 block from Rocky Mountain Pizza, 1 block from GT campus, 5 blocks from Atlantic Station and a mile walk to the Midtown MARTA station.

The rent is $470.00 a month plus utilities, which generally run between $60.00-$100.00 per month.
