There is off-street parking. I am a female, 28, young professional, clean but not a neat freak, just looking for someone who is easy going and responsible. I have two cats that are very friendly and chill, but not looking to add anymore pets to the mix. Rent is $485/month plus 1/3 utilities and a $300 damage deposit. The room is available now.
