Our lease are catered to such in that they begin in early May and end in August. We can usually accommodate other short term summer time frames. And of course if you want to live here longer than August that is okay too.

This is an art studio, and decorating and design area. Many of the decorating and design shops have been acclaimed as "Best of Atlanta" but I don't track those. I do know a throw pillow for your couch can be gotten in the neighborhood from anywhere from $ 2 to $ 750. My point is that it is a great area in which to live. But it is not suburbia - and it does not have immaculate lawns and grounds. It is a warehouse district and looks like an urban eclectic warehouse district because that is what it is. If you like suburbia you won't like this and don't waste your time.
One bedroom apartment loft across and a little down the street rents for $ 1,300 per month.
It is within walking distance to Ga Tech and a straight shot (ten minutes) on the bus to Georgia State University. It is 2.1 miles north of the edge of the Georgia State University campus.
