The owner of the house is a 1st year medical student . The room is fairly big and has a closet. The owner and his fiance and a first year grad student will be in the other bedrooms/bath so you will only have to pay 1/4 of the utilities. All three are very friendly and approachable. The house has a flat screen TV with DVR, wireless internet, a patio with a grill, fenced in back yard, patio furniture etc. Room is furnished. There is very easy access to the campus park and ride if you don't want to pay for parking. Very good location for running. Sublease from middle of May to beginning of August (dates are flexible)
