I am a single mature non-smoking divorced father and corporate sales manager looking to rent a corporate or unfurnished apartment or home in the Duluth/Suwanee/Johns Creek/Buford area.I am very clean, very quiet and low key, and very responsible.I can assure you that the home will be just as clean or even cleaner when I move out than when I moved in!I've been renting in the area for the past 2 years and have always paid my rent on time, but my roommate is moving away and I would like to have my own place now.My $500 offer for rent does not include utilities which I would put in my name and pay for as well.I'm more than happy to provide personal references and proof of income.Will also provide homeowners or renters insurance if necessary.I hope to purchase a new home in the next year or so, but until then, I'm looking for a nice, clean place to rent for a year.Thanks!
