I’m looking for a roommate (gender & race not an issue) that is looking for a temporary living situation (no more than 12 mo.) and wouldn’t mind staying in an already furnished room. I have a 3 bedroom townhouse in Lawrenceville/Suwanee (near the Mall of GA) and I have two furnished rooms that I am willing to rent out. These rooms have never been occupied so they are in immaculate condition. There is an upstairs bathroom that would be for only your use and a washer and dryer available as well.
A little about me I am a 29 year old African American female with no children. I don’t keep a lot of company coming in and out of the house and preferred you didn’t either. No drugs and this is non-negotiable and I’d prefer you to be a non-smoker as well.
I am a very clean person, but not a neat freak. My home is less than two years old and completely furnished, so if you don’t have much to bring this might be perfect for you. I do however have some storage space if you need it. The décor is very modern, contemporary but still livable. I can send you pictures if you think you might be interested or perhaps set up a time if you’d like to stop by. Sorry, no pets please other than fish.
Asking $500 a month and that includes all utilities, DTV, internet, phone, pool, storage and garaged parking.
