I am a single, 30-something artist and educator relocating to Atlanta for work within the next month. I am looking for a one bedroom or studio apartment in a safe area in or as close to Midtown as possible. I would like to be within walking distance of the MARTA train as I would prefer to not drive to work. I might be your dream tenant -- professional, quiet and respectful.
I am hoping to pay around $600.
