I will be out of town this summer, so my room will be available from May until mid-August,
possibly even mid-September. It is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment located on the 5th street just
steps from the popular Cuban restaurant "Las Palmeras". Location is great - a few blocks from
Piedmont Park and everything Midtown has to offer. You would be sharing the apt with my
roommate, who's a PhD student at Georgia Tech. He's very outgoing and fun to be around with, so
if you bring some positive energy things should work out great...
Both the room and the apartment are furnished. Living room is equipped with a nice flat panel HDTV
and a surround sound system. Overall, I'd say the apartment is very pleasant and charming and it comes with two
patios - one on the front and one on the back. Washer and Dryer are provided and so are all other
common appliances. The room comes with a queen bed, a big desk, bookshelf and a dresser with
plenty of space.
You can be male or female, preferably in your 20s, early 30s at most. The monthly rent is 540$ +
1/2 of the utilities which include HD cable and internet. We will also require a security deposit in the
amount of one month's rent which will be fully refunded if you leave the place in the same condition.
