We have summer sublets available.All of our rentals are private bedrooms, shared common areas, and include all utilities except cable and internet.Sublets are available from the beginning of April until mid August.You also have the option of doing a traditional lease for a more extended time.Just let me know what you need in terms of dates.Rooms are unfurnished, but can be furnished for an additional $30 per month.Pets (within reason) are welcome.These are NEW homes in decent areas.They are true downtown Atlanta and are MARTA accessible.Rooms range from $550 per month to $650 per month.We have rooms in 4 different homes available.For mapping purposes, I am putting the address of just one of the homes to give you an idea of the area.They are all in the vicinity of Grant Park/Zoo Atlanta.Email to inquire further.
