I am a 24 year old soon to be graduate moving to Atlanta from Ohio either in June/July or August (moving date is negotiable).
I do not drink excessively (A couple of nights a week.) Also, I will probably always go to the bars if doing so and therefore not disturbing the house.
I like a pretty clean house. I do not mind having someone who's a LITTLE messy.
I am nocturnal... I will be a night-shift nurse a few nights a week (7pm-7am). I do listen to my music pretty loud (respectfully! - when people are already awake).
I would PREFER (not require): a female roomate, between the ages of 22-35, professional, someone who's nocturnal as well, someone who's new to the area as well.
Must be: non-smoker, not an undergraduate, respectful, no children
Pets are cool (No lap dogs-please!)
