The lease period is very flexible and can be month-to-month. I’m looking for a clean, responsible and considerate roommate who pays the bill on time and who is easy to get along with. The rent is $550 plus 1/2 utilities. Water & sewer are included in the rent and gas, electric, cable and internet will average $100 per person but really depends on your usage. The condo is located in "Countryside at Cumberland" off of Spring Road in Smyrna. The condo complex also has a swimming pool (open April 15th-October 15th) and a tennis court. It's a very convenient location, just minutes away from 285, 75 and Cumberland Mall.
And a little about me... I'm a 23 year old female who moved here from Florida recently. I currently work for various promotional companies doing events. I also have 2 sweet chihuahua mix which will be staying in my room when I'm not home but around when I am, so if you're allergic or don't like dogs... sorry...
