Vinings Run condo complex is located at the intersection of I-75 and I-285. Smallish bedroom but I am willing to cooperate with the right roomie for necessary storage, etc.

free parking near my front door,
safe, safe, safe neighborhood,
Everybody has a dog! (except me- not home enough...),
utilities included in rent,
furnished bedroom: futon bed, dresser, closet, additional sturdy clothes rack, television, lamps. Again, I am willing to work with the right person to make the room more comfortable.
My location (Paces Ferry West exit off 285/Cumberland Blvd exit off 75) is super convenient for in-town working and fun.
I am female, 31, single, quiet, and a new condo owner. I am utterly responsible but I have a lot of fun too. I love wine and often go out with my friends. I am very active with Hands On Atlanta. My goal for the summer is to take a couple of road trips and hang by the pool. I seek a roomie because I have a paying supplemental gig that doesn't occur during summer. I want to work at a camp for mentally disabled adolescents this summer (have since I was 15!) and save some money to pursue another grad degree in fall.
