I am a female college student interning out of state for the summer and am looking for a female student or female young professional to sublet my room from May 15 to August 15th. It is a 3 bed room 3.5 bathroom town home that is shared amongst 3 women.The rent is a flat rate of $575 per month including rent and utilities. The room comes fully furnished with a full size bed, 2 dressers, and a desk.The room also features a private bathroom and private entrance with a private patio.You would also be sharing living room and kitchen space which is furnished with a couch, and entertainment center, washer and dryer, stainless steal refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and all other standard appliances.
The townhome is located off of Columbia Rd near Memorial Drive in the Decatur Area. The neighborhood is up and coming and is 3 years old.This location is Marta Accessible, (2 miles from Avondale station and 4 miles from Decatur station), walking distance to Walmart and Kroger and many fast food resturaunts such as Zaxby's, Popeyes, American Deli, Taco Bell. It is about a 10 minute drive to Emory University's campus, a 5 minute drive to Agnes Scott College's campus, and a 15-20 minute drive to Georgia State and the AUC.
