So, I am starting graduate school at Emory this fall and am looking to rent a loft in a downtown area for around 1200 or so which we could split in a way that works for both of us. I have a few places lined up, but am interested in locking up a roommate before I sign off. I am a 22 year old guy, I am responsible, financially secure, clean, and, of course, a nice person.
