I am a 23 year old male, young professional. I am looking for a male or female roommate (student or professional) to share my 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in a great location in central Atlanta. I am used to living with roommates of both sex and am very easy to get along with. The condo is in a brand new gated community. Close to Midtown, Buckhead, and Lenox Mall area. Close to GT, Georgia State, and especially Emory. Less than 1 mile to MARTA Brookhaven station. The condo complex has a brand new pool and fitness center which attracts a lot of the neighbors, and everyone is extremely friendly. My condo has brand new appliances including a washer/drier. You would have your own bedroom and bath. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, but could have a bed if needed. The rent is 600 per month plus ½ of utilities.
