Hey Everyone, I am leaving at the end of May for Africa and am need of someone to take over my lease(with the option to extend the lease in August). I live in a fabulous apartment, in a gated community, with my roommate. The apartment is about 2 miles from downtown Decatur and about 2 miles from Emory. The apartment itself is about 1300 square feet; you would have your own room, walk-in closet, and private bathroom.The room would come completely furnished. IN addition, my apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, and washer/dryer. My complex has its own workout room and pool which is great for BBQ'ing.
