Metropoint lofts is collegiate housing for students from all of the surrounding schools (non-students are welcome too). The apartment comes fully furnished with living room furniture, a kitchen table and a washer and dryer in the unit. The room is also furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and bookshelf. It also has a private bathroom and a great pool view. Each apartment also has a security system installed that covers the front door and all windows. The rent is $685 a month for the room, which includes utilities such as water, cable, and wireless internet. Electricity is not included but is usually around $20 per person. The property is extremely secure with a gated parking garage and keypad entry on all doors. The property also has a game room with a pool table, TVs, and couches. There is a great pool at the center of the complex, which is open year round. There is a state of the art fitness center on site that all residents have access to.
