We have one available room in our 3 level, 5 bedroom home. The house is totally furnished, and we can help partially furnish the bedrooms if needed. This is a very relaxed and easy going environment in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
Another good thing is that ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN RENT! So, no worries about splitting things in so many ways.
Here is a little info about the rooms that are available:
The room is approximately 12ft x 13.5 ft. This room offers a walk in closet, new paint/crown molding, and has it's own very recently refinished Jack and Jill style bathroom which is pictured below. Rent for this room is $650/month.
You would be living with 3 very cool, and easy-going male roommates, and one similar female. We are all in our mid 20's, very laid-back and we like to laugh. So, please have a sense of humor! Overall, we are looking for a responsible, drama free roommate who is fairly clean and respectful to others. We have a very good chemistry and positive atmosphere in the house and we would like to keep it that way! You MUST be comfortable with dogs. We have two very loving dogs. One small-sized Yorkshire Terrier, and one playful medium-sized Black Labrador Retriever.
