The rent includes access to all common areas in a large four bedroom home, a garage space for your car (with automatic door openers) and all utilities are included in the rent.
My wife and I own but do not live at this house.The house is in a nice, quiet subdivision.As mentioned above, the rent includes all utilities (all you pay is your monthly rate). A cleaning person once/month is also included.This person cleans the entire house so you do not have to clean your bathroom.The house has a washer and dryer; a large two car garage with lots of storage space; & a large back deck with spectacular pond view (great for grilling).
The rooms will be available on May 12th, 2008.$675/Mo is the rent for the basement apartment.$650 is the rent for the master bedroom.A $350 refundable deposit is required for each room.A six month minimum lease is required.Electricity, Gas, Water, & Trash pickup, & a cleaning person (one a month) are all included in the monthly rent.The common areas are fully furnished.Air conditioning, Dishwasher, Fireplace, two car Garage, Cleaning person (once a month), a washer & dryer and microwave are also all included.
The house is undergoing minor interior improvements (new carpet, paint & tile)and will be very nice when finished on the 12th of May.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.Respect for the house and other roommates is a must.
