Must be clean, professional and employed. Cleaning lady comes once per week to clean the kitchen bathroom and living room.
Great neighborhood, very close to I-85 and 316. Swim tennis community. Single people only please.
Private entrance, tiled kitchen and tiled bathroom with linen closet in the basement.
Basement is fully furnished with a queen size bed. Kitchen is fully loaded with stove, microwave, toaster, pots, pans and eating utensils. No pets please.
