Great Location -- two blocks from the bars, restaurants, and shops along N. Highland and only a 5-7 minute drive into midtown, and easy access to I-85/75.
$700/month, plus utilities (these typically run about $80-90/month).

I am happy to leave the place fully furnished with a couch, loveseat, coffee table, desk, TV/DVD player, bed, and kitchen equipment, etc.
