I am subleasing my suite in The Flats for the summer. You may move in as early as May 1st and may stay as late as July 31st, 2008. The reason is because I want to move back home and help my family.
The apartment is in Atlantic Station, across the street from Ikea and a 5 minute walk from Publix, Target, the movie theater, and everything else in Atlantic Station. It's a 10 minute bike ride to the Georgia Tech campus.
The room is in a 4 bedroom apartment (your room would be the one on the far left) and has its own private bathroom. The apartment has:
*living room with juliet balcony
*all black appliances
*washer and dryer.
The apartment complex has:
*elevator
*pool
*rec room
*fitness center
*computer room
*private study rooms There's also free, covered parking for anyone living here AND guests.
The cost is $790, but I am willing to pay some of the rent, since you are doing me a favor! You would pay 700 for every month you stay(June/July)... and I'd pay $90(I will also consider paying your portion of the electric....I just can't afford it ALL anymore!) If you choose to move-in on or before May 1st, I will also pay half of your May rent!
This price includes water, cable, and high-speed internet w/ wireless. You will be responsible for paying 1/4 of the electric, which will be split between you and 3roommates.
Speaking of roommates, your roommates will be three female students (2 from Tech, one from GSU). We get along fine and I have had no problems. Only two will be here so you'll pay a third of the rent, unless one decides to stay.
