My boyfriend and I are looking for a place to rent. We need at least 2 bedrooms. We have a 2 dogs. 1 is a Dachshund/Beagle mix. He is small, about 25 pounds. The other 1 is a pitbull, so you MUST be ok with that. He is well taken care of, and has his shots. Both dogs are housebroken, but we do have cages, just in case. We can afford up to $700/month, but we prefer between $600-$650/month. Due to a positive change in employment, we had to break our current lease in Roswell, so that we can move to the Marietta/Austell area. We must be out of our apartment by the end of May. We can pay the first month's rent upfront, BUT you MUST be willing to work with us on the deposit. We have bad credit due to old credit cards and student loans, BUT we have ALWAYS paid our rent IN FULL and ON TIME, and can provide our renter's history to prove it.
