ProComp rewards teachers for performance in four basic areas: making measurable gains in student learning, acquiring and demonstrating new knowledge and skills, demonstrating satisfactory or better performance in their classroom, and making commitments to work in hard to serve schools and hard to staff teaching assignments. The ProComp Team is looking for an energetic, results-driven member to coordinate the employee opt-in process, manage the communication of the program to the employee base, and coordinate ProComp-related IT projects. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Interface with the employee base and other stakeholders: ·Manage the ProComp teacher opt-in process. ·Coordinate the business processes for several ProComp pay elements, working with HR, Payroll, IT and various academic departments to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of the ProComp Program and pay elements. ·Create ProComp communications pieces for internal and external stakeholders, including updating ProComp’s website as necessary. ·Provide tier 1 support for ProComp employee payroll issues. ·Support external data and research requests; assist internal departments with data exceptions. ·Provide analytical support and direction to senior management for key program decisions; communicate with internal and external stakeholders. ·Interface with the ProComp Trust Board, Transition Team and Board of Education regarding ProComp’s status and future initiatives. Collaborate with the District’s IT department: ·Work with the IT department on systems and processes related to ProComp implementation, development and maintenance. ·Identify process improvements based on data analysis. ·Work across functions to coordinate the ProComp-related IT projects. Performs other related duties, including special projects, as required or requested. Reports to ProComp Program Director. Required Skills: ·Bachelors Degree in business (human resources, marketing, or finance) or other related field and related work experience. Masters preferred. ·One to three years related experience. ·Experience with process flow documentation and change management. ·Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees to achieve results. ·Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ·Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. ·Ability to work effectively with staff in all departments and independently. ·Strong desire to work in public education. ·Must possess the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
