I have a contract for a condo in Axis, Brickell Village, excellent location and large 2/2+den unit! www.axisbrickell.com (model c-3)
I bought it 2 years ago in preconstruction and it will be ready at the end of this year.
I bought it for 360000 (excellent price) and have 20% deposit in there.
I would be interested in a property in Atl, preferable metro, but willing to listen options...
