Job Description:

Handle inbound customer calls pertaining to WBB billing and technical support. Assist project team in transition of WBB customers to other data services involving outbound calling, sending letter/emails and running customer reports.
Skills required:
1) Technical Support
2) Broadband DSL
3) Customer Service
4) MS Office
5) Phone skills
