Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline, plus at least two years previous experienced in an accounting function including fund allocation and cash application, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and skills required: understanding of the risk management process; knowledgeable in accounting functions performed by department; understanding of cash applications process; ability to use department accounting systems; high aptitude for detail, analysis and strong follow-up skills with the ability to independently identify issues and develop solutions; strong organizational skills; strong PC skills (specifically Excel) and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data, combine and extract data from multiple databases.
