We are a large REIT publically traded on the NYSE, due to our growth we have a need for an Accounting Analyst to join our team. This position will be groomed for either an Accounting Supervisor or Sr. Financial Analyst in 1-2 years. We offer a strong benefit program which includes a stock-purchase plan, a double match on our 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and one friday off each month! We are looking for sharp individuals who have solid accounting experience in a Real Estate environment, as this position will be responsible for putting together the financials for many properties, but also handle the profitability analysis and the budgeting/forcasting as well. This position will also be responsible to perform data collection/date retrieval for Board of Directors meetings, so this position also offers high visibility!
