We are a group of four sole practitioners with independent practices sharing an office located in downtown Atlanta. Since the person who fills this position will be the first person our clients interact with when contacting our office, we are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and a professional presence and demeanor. Job Responsibilities: •Answering phones (7 lines) •Greeting clients and maintaining lobby and common areas •Scheduling & coordinating conference rooms and attorneys’ calendars •Filing •Faxing / Copying / Scanning •Opening new files •Handling of correspondence, packages and deliveries •Additional work for individual attorneys as assigned Requirements: •Minimum of 3 years administrative experience •High School Diploma •Strong organizational skills •Ability to multitask •Professional presence & demeanor •Self motivated/starter •Ability to work independently •Willingness to learn new skills •Proper telephone etiquette •Basic Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) This position is a wonderful opportunity for someone with outstanding administrative skills seeking to gain entry into the legal field. Initial compensation is $14/hour during a 90-day probationary period after which time we will evaluate the candidate. We pay for parking. Health benefits not offered at this time.
