Description of duties: 1.Generate presentation materials, reports, and proposals 2.Create complex tables and graphs 3.Oversee and lead the administrative support team 4.Arrange travel schedule and reservations, as needed 5.Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments 6.Order and maintain inventory of supplies 7.Communicate with vendors 8.Prepare outgoing correspondence and large mailings such as client satisfaction surveys, holiday cards and marketing materials Skills: •Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills •Deal with clients, co-workers, and vendors in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism •Be very accurate and detail-oriented •Follow written and oral instructions •Be able to work independently and in a team •Be able to request assistance when needed •Be responsive to training and supervision •Be a self-starter •Change direction in response to unpredictable work situations •Be able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments •Maintain clear, accurate and comprehensive records •Communicate clearly in writing and orally •Have advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet computer skills Experience: Must have at least 3 years of full-time administrative work experience.
