RESPONSIBILITIES: - No prior tax experience necessary; will train. - Answering client questions regarding procedures, documents and status. - Collect all necessary documents to move case file. - Provide clients with a monthly status letter - Makes outbound calls to clients to request necessary documents - Provides an excellent level service to all clients - Completes tasks as directed by Lead Account Manager - Become proficient at managing flow of cases and directs clients in the right direction in order to expedite proper resolution. Job Requirements: - Friendly, upbeat personality with ability to handle busy phone lines - Minimum high school diploma � college preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Detail oriented, self starter and ability to work independently a must.
