We are a small office with a large volume seeking a detail-oriented person for a permanent position. This position will be working directly for the CEO, assisting the project managers and controller. Qualifications: High School Diploma or plus 5 years experience Reliable & Punctual Solid in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Construction knowledge is preferred but not required Duties: Hours 8am – 5pmMonday - Friday Front desk, phones & greeting Submitting Plans for Bids via UPS Typing Proposals for Clients Preparing Qualification Statements & Marketing Information Preparing Subcontracts & Purchase Orders Preparing Closeout Manuals Letters & Correspondence Organizing & filing paper & electronic documents General Office Benefits Health & Life Insurance 401(k) Profit Share Plan PTO (Paid Time Off) Paid Holidays & Vacation Salary based on experience.
