We are in immediate need of a part time administrative assistant who is friendly, reliable and fast paced Primary duties: o As the first point of contact must greet and meet all customers in a positive manner providing a friendly and professional environment. o Answer phone in a professional manner. o General secretarial support to the Training Center Manager. o Assist Customer Relations Representative. o Back up support to Customer Relations. o Complete and mail all completion certificates. o Filing. o Miscellaneous errands including a weekly trip to Costco. o Preparing a customer luncheon weekly. o Ordering supplies. o May have some light lifting up to 30lbs. Job Requirements: o Computer knowledge in Word and Excel; PowerPoint and Outlook a plus. o Customer Support experience. o High School or higher education. o Personable, amiable, friendly, outgoing personality. o Able to multitask and prioritize. o Able to work under stressful conditions. o Good communication skills.
