An Architectural Project Coordinator with the following skills:
1.Architectural experience.
2.Broad knowledge in all of the different disciplines.
3.ACAD
4.Experience coordinating and putting together construction documents.
This person will work with the consultants on projects- mainly commercial, retail and food service type projects, 60-70%, 20-30% of the work is with gas stations, truck stops & convenient marts.The candidate must have experience coordinating construction documents with the consultants, managing of projects and speaking to the customers as well. Architectural experience is the cornerstone, but will work with the electrical, piping, plumbing & civil aspects of the projects.This person will work daily on ACAD.Some supervision of drafters will be required as well.
