General Summary: Assist the Director of Operations in maintaining the day-to-day operations of Derma-Luxe Custom Skin Care. Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Greet, schedule appointments, and service members in a friendly and professional manner 2. Ensure clients feel welcome when they arrive for their appointments 3. Be attentive and promptly respond to client needs 4. Explain all Derma-Luxe products, services, and treatments to clients and assist them with determining their individual needs 5. Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with clients 6. Quickly and efficiently respond to member questions, comments, and concerns 7. Ensure towels are properly folded and well-stocked 8. Ensure products are neat, orderly, and well-stocked Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: · High School diploma or GED Experience: · One-year of customer service experience · One-year receptionist experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics: Excellent customer service skills Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner Ability to build relationship with clients and staff Ability to multi-task and learn quickly Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and on the telephone Ability to stay calm in tense situations Extensive knowledge of Derma-Luxe services and products Ability to operate a cash register and ten-key calculator Ability to operate a personal computer Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software; This is a FULL-TIME 40+ hour per week position.
