A prominent builder in Atlanta seeks an aggressive, smart, ambitious and imaginative designer of single family homes and townhouses. Must be a CAD Drafter with a working knowledge of Chief Architect software who prepares drawings to support construction field work. Designing and drafting are the primary duties. Also setting up files, layouts, and scaled plots. Will work in an ultra-modern, custom-designed office, 30 to 40 hours a week.
Qualified candidates will have training / experience with AutoCAD version 2004 through 2007.Must be a self-starter with an eye for detail, willing to work in a fast-paced environment and able to follow directions.
