Banner Manager

Candidate will be 50% billable / 50% Bus Dev. Must have established relationships in the Higher Education / Banner Market. Expected to generate 3 m revenue in Year 1. 50% travel


Job Responsibilities

Delivery Responsibilities
•Manage consulting delivery teams on assigned accounts
•Responsible for oversight of all aspects of the delivery of consulting services that support our clients
•A single point of contact for all delivery services for assigned accounts
•Responsible for oversight of project timelines and budget
•Responsible for ensuring all deliverables achieve project quality standards
•Responsible for coordinating personnel for delivery of services
•Responsible for general client administrative issue management such as Accounts Receivable, operations process support, etc.

•Manage projects such as assessments when needed

•Management of people, budget, and material resources for projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of technology or business solutions throughout the project life cycle

•Instrumental in providing guidance to the rest of staff through advocacy of best practices, strong ethics, and the highest level of professionalism.

•Train on and help maintain the methodology for complex projects Manage project contract compliance

Business Development Responsibilities

•Provide solution architecture support for Banner proposals as needed to scope, document, and cost project work.
•Manage solution design, manage proposals responses, provide presentations, perform assessments Responsible for engagement scoping

Required Skills
•Project Management experience of multiple large sized / complex Banner projects
•Significant business development experience with Banner clients including proposal support, presentations, and assessments
•5+ Years experience in pertinent Project Management experience, with a 5+ Banner emphasis
•Minimum of 15 years total work experience
•Clear, concise, and tactful communication with senior management, clients, peers and staff.
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to negotiate consensus among diverse groups and impact the activities of others not in own reporting structure
•Excellent time management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple project teams
•Detail orientation with strong organizational skills

Additional Desired Skills
PMI/PMP certification will be highly considered

Location
All locations will be considered for candidates comfortable with travel to client engagements and prospects across the continental United States.
