We are presently seeking an experienced Business Attorney to aid in the company's growth. Seeking someone with excellent knowledge of Internet Business Law, regulations and contracts.
The individual we bring onto this project must be extremely talented in
the area of Business Law for a company that will be on the scale of
MySpace, youtube, yahoo, and google. We have multiple projects that involve ecommerce, online surveys, contests and directories etc... so we need someone who understands what is needed to protect this company legally.
****Please note this is a company in the beginning stages, therefore, this position does not offer compensation until we as a business are successful. An ideal candidate for this position is someone who has other means of sustaining their income during this process. This is an opportunity to build an equity stake in a growing company***
