This position will be responsible for developing and executing a wide variety of marketing programs to focus mainly on the acquisition of new customers. In addition to planning and driving programs, this position is hands-on in the day-to-day execution of all aspects of direct response campaigns. This includes creation, planning, deployment, analysis, and reporting for the specific marketing programs mix to increase sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
o Plan and execute the lead generation strategy for the marketing programs
o Based on industry knowledge develops content to support programs and campaigns (e.g., direct mail content)
o Manage program targeting and list qualification
o Track and analyze program effectiveness, constantly driving for higher conversion
o Evaluate, select and manage opportunities with associations and partners
o Leverage the existing infrastructure to successfully produce and execute programs
o Maximize the use of company’s assets by repurposing for local audiences and managing materials production as appropriate
o Research/identify, manage and participate at industry events/trade shows, including identification of speaking and networking opportunities
o Plan, manage and co-ordinate speaker’s scheduling and sales follow up
o Research/identify and manage opportunities with industry publications
o Assist in the identification of case study opportunities
· Manages the internal telemarketing resource to:
o Execute targeted telemarketing campaigns
o Ensure optimization of lead generation activities including campaign follow up
o Define focus areas for cold calling activities
o Provide relevant information on the focus of the Southern market, covering current and future project opportunities
o Research the market to identify potential competitors
Must have 4-year Business Management or Marketing Degree
