CLP Resources is currently hiring for Concrete Sub-floor Field Technicians and Crew Leaders for a premier concrete restoration and moisture emission control company. The field technician is to provide skilled manual labor on jobsites. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete preparation (including grinding, shot blasting, scarifying, demolition, cleaning, and coating removal), concrete repair, placement of concrete repair materials, moisture barrier installation, decorative finish installation, material handling, equipment maintenance, and jobsite maintenance. Crew Leaders are additionally responsible for performing and overseeing all production, travel, safety, equipment maintenance, material handling, job reporting, and field customer interactions.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
1. Good communication skills.
2. Work long hours, some weekends, and some holidays.
3. Must have personal transportation.
4. Must speak, read, and write English fluently enough to communicate and complete the required paperwork.
5. Must be able to pass drug tests as out lined in the Company Drug Policy.
6. Must be able to read and sign the Employee Policies and Procedures manual.
Additional Requirements for Crew Leads include:
7. Must be able to safely operate a heavy duty truck and double axle trailer.
8. Must be able to operate and maintain a Blastrac 10-D shot blaster and vacuum, 7” hand grinder, concrete pump, 56 kW generator, a Turbo Stripper, a floor sander, HEPA filter, laser level, 25 lb demolition hammer, SDS hammer drill, and all associated hand tools.
9. Must be able to install Ardex SD-F and SD-P and self-leveling cementitious underlayments.
