Contract Recruiter Opening- Immediate Hire! Our client is a global software company and they are seeking a contract recruiter to help aggressively and creatively recruit for well-qualified candidates.The right candidate must have experience recruiting from a variety of sources, managing selection process to include interviewing, assessing candidates, screening, and recommending finalists, and filling the staffing needs within the defined service and performance criteria. Duties will include: •Sourcing and screening resumes, as well as working with all candidate sources including agencies, employee referrals, etc., scheduling interviews, and closing candidates. •Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with position requirements •Negotiate compensation and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. •Establish, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with hiring managers and HR in order to understand the business unit and its recruitment needs within the context of their mission; develop and maintain a strong rapport with key leaders in the department. Required Experience: •Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent •5+ years recruiting experience in the high tech industry •Experience in web based approach to recruiting (job boards, niche sites, etc) •Prior experience managing recruitment process •General knowledge of HR practices and principles
