I had a renter that left these after being evicted. They are both real sturdy but they cut the uphoustery. You can turn the bottom cusions over and they are not cut but the rest is. You will need to get comers for the backs. Whatever they are free. I am enclosing a picture of the lake also, so you can see where you will have to move them from. Up the stairs. Come with a truck and helpers. I cannot help move. Call Don as soon as possible as they may go to the dump tomorrow. 678-9396386. Thanks.
