This role is intended to: 1) Improve ACS' response to HRO RFP's 2) Enhance the Due Diligence process 3) Transition the effort from sales to contract signing The candidate will work with many different teams and will act as the coordinator of many deal pursuits. There will be a dotted line responsibility for management and deal organization of the Solution Architects who now report directly to the Operations Service Line Managers. List of Primary Activities: # Attend prospective client meetings to present overall cross-service line solution # Primary Human Capital Management Solutions (HCMS) Operations Support Leader for new business # Support Solution Architects with standard RFP responses for Transition Related activities # Coordinate activities of functional Solution Architects and work with the Transition Leaders and Service Line Leaders to ensure accurate client-specific cost model based on an agreed upon baseline product offering # Support the Transition related Due Diligence effort # Assist in the integration of Transition, Transformation, Change and Communication Executives where necessary Preferred Experience: # Experience with HRO deal pursuits including client presentations, RFP review & response, solution design and cost modeling # Experience in managing HRO Transitions / Implementations and/or broad based internal HR transformation projects with Fortune 500 companies # Working knowledge of all HR domain functions and HRO solution design
